House Rules Chalet Zur Rose Berwang

1. Check-in and Check-out

The accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Earlier arrival cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email about check-in in advance.

The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Late departure may incur additional charges.

If a later check-out is desired, this must be discussed with the landlord in advance and may be allowed at an extra cost depending on availability.

2. Parking

Each apartment has one parking space available on the premises to the right of the building. Other cars can park in the public parking lot at the Active Center.

3. Facilities

• Bedding and one set of towels per person are provided;

• For stays longer than 5 nights, the guest receives an extra set of towels;

• Tissue paper, dishcloth, sponge, kitchen towel, and trash bags for first use are available.

4. General Rules

• Pets are not allowed in the apartments;

• Smoking is not allowed throughout the accommodation. Violations may incur additional cleaning fees;

• Ski boots may not be worn in the apartments;

• If a key is lost, €50.00 will be charged;

• It is not allowed to change the code of the key box.

• It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles via a socket in an apartment. The nearest charging station is located in Heiterwang. 

5. Noise and Quiet Hours

To respect the peace of other guests and neighbors, a quiet period is in effect between 22:00 and 07:00. Excessive noise, parties, or other disruptive activities are not allowed. In case of violation, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

The accommodation is delivered clean and in good condition. Guests are expected to leave it in the same condition.

6.1 Upon departure, the guest must:

• Leave the kitchen clean, including washing dishes and cutlery;

• The dishwasher must be emptied, no dirty dishes;

• Bedding and towels in pillowcases. Leave mattress protectors in place;

• Clear the fridge and turn it off (standby 0);

• Dispose of waste in the designated containers. Waste separation is mandatory;

• Close all windows and doors;

• Place the key in the key box or on the dining table;

• Report any damage immediately.

6.2 If the accommodation is not left in proper condition, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
