House Rules Chalet Zur Rose Berwang

Here you will find the house rules of the landlord Chalet Zur Rose Berwang (apartments Nelke, Frauenschuh, Alpenlillie, Zyklame and Alpenrose)

1. Check-in and check-out

The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier access cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email in advance about checking in.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may result in additional charges.

If a later check-out is desired, this must be agreed with the landlord in advance and can be allowed at an additional cost depending on availability.

2. Parking

One parking space per apartment is available on the property to the right of the building. Additional cars can be parked elsewhere. 

3. Amenities

• Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are provided;

• For stays longer than 5 nights, the tenant will receive an extra set of towels;

• Toilet paper, dishcloth, sponge, kitchen towel, and garbage bags for initial use are provided.

4. General rules

• Pets are not allowed in the apartments;

• Smoking is not permitted in the entire accommodation. Additional cleaning costs may be charged in case of violation;

• Ski boots may not be worn in the apartments;

• In case of loss of the key, €50.00 will be charged;

• It is not allowed to change the code of the key box.

• It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles via an outlet from an apartment. 

5. Noise and quiet hours

To respect the peace of other guests and neighbors, a quiet period applies between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, parties, or other disturbing activities are not allowed. In case of violation, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without restitution.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

The accommodation is delivered clean and in good condition. Tenants are expected to leave it in the same condition.

6.1 Upon departure, the tenant must:

• Leave the kitchen clean, including washing dishes and cutlery;

• The dishwasher must be emptied, no dirty dishes;

• Bed linen and towels in pillowcase. Leave mattress protectors;

• Empty and turn off the refrigerator (setting 0);

• Deposit waste in designated containers. Waste separation is mandatory;

• Close all windows and doors;

• Leave key in key box or on dining table;

• Report any damage immediately.

6.2 If the accommodation is not left in proper condition, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
